Do Re Mi studio of Arts is the multidisciplinary community school for all ages and levels trades as a Limited Company Registration No and abides by the rules of Cyprus
Below terms and conditions are legally binding terms and conditions between the stated above school and clients using the services of the above establishment
By using our services you agree to follow the following:
1. All lessons are of advance purchase and the payment is due before the 10th of every month
2. In the case of absence without any notice the lesson cannot be rescheduled to another day
3. In the case of illness one lesson per month can be rescheduled providing there are legitimate proof of absence
Fees & Discounts Policy
All tuition fees are set according to the type of lesson, program level, and student grade. The school reserves the right to make adjustments to fees where necessary.
Individual Lessons Discount
A 5% discount is applied only when a student attends the same individual subject 2 or more times per week (e.g. piano lessons twice weekly). This discount is intended to encourage consistent study and does not apply to single weekly lessons.
Family Discount
A 5% family discount is applied only to the second and each additional child from the same family. The family discount applies only to individual lessons and does not apply to group classes or other services.
Group Classes
No discounts are applied to group classes, including but not limited to: Music Theory, Choir, Art & Craft Classes, Theatre & Dance Classes. Group lesson fees are fixed and available on the school website.
Professional Development Services
From June 2026, the school offers professional development packages, including: Studio Recording, Video Clip Production, Promotion of Artistic Projects. These services require additional preparation, professional supervision, and production time from teachers and are therefore offered as separate paid packages. No discounts apply to professional development services.
Grade-Based Tuition Adjustment
Tuition fees may vary depending on the student's grade level. As students progress to higher grades, fees may increase slightly due to the increased level of difficulty, preparation requirements, and program expectations.
Discount Policy Rules
Discounts apply only to individual lessons.
A 5% discount applies when a student attends the same individual subject two or more times per week.

Discounts cannot be combined.
Only one discount may be applied per student.
Discounts do not apply to group classes or professional development services.
Cancellation Policy
1. Lesson cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled as a make up lesson
2. Lesson cancelled by student will receive a make up lesson only in case if the lesson was cancelled due to illness or other respectful reasons
3. If a lesson falls on a public holidays, the lesson is forfeited and will not be rescheduled
4. One month's notice is required to cancel lessons. Otherwise, one month's fee will be charged.

Privacy Policy
- Do Re Mi website is collecting the data using cookies, such as IP addresses for security reasons, navigation data to enhance your website experience, and the data that you personally provide by filling in the forms on this site or emailing us directly - you give us your consent to contact you
- Collected by us data is protected under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is not shared with any third parties
- Emails submitted by you are added manually to our Mailing List and you may occasionally get the Newsletter from us, from which you may unsubscribe at any time, should you wish to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Our Schools lessons may be photo and/or video documented by amateur and professional means and by attending any lessons at our school, group sessions or events - you grant us your consent for this photo and video footage to be used online, in print and on air to showcase our work and for our students to have it as a learning resource - unless a written request is submitted by you not to use any footage with your image or likeness of you before you attend any lessons
Updates
- Do Re Mi reserves the right to update these policies on a regular basis in accordance to external regulations and legislations
- It it your responsibility to request a copy of these terms to be sent to your email directly, should you wish to have it, at the time of you agreeing to these terms for your own records
- Should any vital T&C update is to take place (this excludes any text editing for gramma purposes, elaboration or clarification of the earlier stated clauses) a notification will be emailed to all registered at our school clients and teachers
